Carolyn shares her philosophy in life, how she gave up a corporate job to follow her passion of helping others along the way.


About Carolyn:
Carolyn is a freelance writer and yoga and wellness coach. She believes the path to wellness encompasses nurturing all aspects of life - those that affect the mind, body and spirit. Her own path to wellness began in 2013, when she was introduced to high intensity interval training, fueling confidence, pride and positive changes in her body.  After gaining weight in high school and college, and ultimately losing 35 lbs, she understands the struggle and the emotional highs and lows that can be a part of the wellness journey, and what it takes to have self confidence and self love. Carolyn is a certified yoga teacher, and completed her 200 hours of training through Madre studio in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles. Her love for yoga has deepened her understanding of the mind-body-emotion connection and how each play a part in the total wellness of the individual. When she's not coaching or practicing yoga, Carolyn can be found writing articles, hiking mountains or gardening.
